Since the 1960s, we have adopted stainless steel as the exclusive material for our machines, anticipating the industry’s health and hygiene regulations.
This approach has enabled us to develop state-of-the-art solutions and to respond promptly to the requirements of the latest European regulations, such as EC Regulation 1935/2004 on the certification of food contact materials.
The hallmarks of our production are the turning and milling process from solid steel bar, hygienic design and surface finish, to meet the high standards required by the industry.
From filtration to transfer, our sanitary pumps are the ideal solution for a wide range of food products, from the lightest liquids to the thickest and most viscous compounds.
The pumps are self-priming, reversible and easy to disassemble for quick maintenance. They are also available in ATEX versions, for explosion-hazardous environments, and with variable speed drive to optimise the transfer of very dense products.
The HRS series is the most recent in our production and in its design we wanted to eliminate any possible stagnation and contamination of the product; every detail, from the fittings to the inner chamber to the drainage system, has been taken care of to ensure maximum hygiene. The drainage system is extremely innovative and unique, as it takes into account the fact that these pumps transfer not only liquids, but also dense and viscous fluids. All surfaces in contact with the product are washed with cleaning fluids. The same pump used for transferring liquids and process fluids can also be used for cleaning the system.
In 2023, a European patent was granted, making it the first electric pump with a flexible impeller and drainage system.
Our gasketless plate filters are an advanced solution for food and beverage
filtration, eliminating the risks associated with gaskets and wear materials. They are made entirely of stainless steel and work with cellulose filter layers, guaranteeing a high quality filtrate.
Thanks to their patented structure, our filters ensure robustness, durability and ease of maintenance, meeting the needs of the most demanding food industries.
Available in different series and models, they meet a variety of needs, from small business production to industrial production. In the food industry, they are used for coarse and polishing filtration of juices, spirits and fine wines.
During IPACK-IMA 2025, one of the leading exhibitions for processing and packaging, we interviewed key players driving transformation in the food & beverage sector.
In this video, we explore trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of foodtech — from smart automation to sustainability and digital innovation.
