The system is designed to detect and read reference points directly on the container, such as glass seams, embossing, debossing, logos, notches or printed marks, and to use them as alignment references for label applications.

By combining real-time image acquisition with electronically controlled bottle rotation platforms, the C&G Vision System ensures extremely accurate label positioning, regardless of variations in container shape, production speed or material characteristics. This allows the machine to apply labels with consistent precision, even on bottles with irregular geometries or complex decorative elements.
