Why is AIRFLASH so successful?

AIRFLASH is characterized by a rich and differentiated range of products (aircannons from 0.5Lt to 150LT and more, thanks to the PPI Pick-Power-Impulser system), with technological solutions and dedicated accessories that allow both to expand the area of ​​action covered by the single aircannon and to contain the consumption of compressed air. These characteristics make AIRFLASH a multi-sector product, able to meet the needs of very different plant environments: from the cement industry to pet-food; from the cereal industry to the wood industry; from the milling industry to the extraction quarries; from the glass industry to the premix industry, etc.

AIRFLASH aircannons (working pressure from 2 bar to max 10 bar) generate timed shock waves capable of

  1. unblocking blockages and breaking bridges that prevent the regular flow of ensiled material (bridging)
  2. eliminating compaction and encrustations that reduce the capacity of storage structures (rat-holing)
  3. implementing a cleaning action on the internal walls of silos and hoppers: this aspect is fundamental since it allows to reduce the risk of contamination between products of different nature that flow one after the other
  4. fluidifying and periodically keeping the stored product moved: this favors the good conservation of the quality of the product as it favors a continuous and constant replacement and eliminates dead zones thus avoiding stagnation of material and limiting the risk of aging and deterioration of organic and/or degradable products
  5. protecting the safety of operators: AIRFLASH has a preventive action on the formation of blockages and therefore reduces, to the point of eliminating, the need for risky extraordinary maintenance interventions for the manual blockage release.

DUST EMISSION DURING MATERIAL PROCESSING AND TRANSPORT? REDUCE IT WITH ECOFOG®!

ECOFOG, our nebulization system for the reduction of industrial dust. With its micronization technology, ECOFOG significantly reduces the dispersion of dust in the environment, improving the quality of the working environment and complying with health and safety regulations.

The main features of ECOFOG:

  • low working pressures: air 2÷3bar; water 0.2÷0.5bar
  • Reduction of material waste: the dust, moistened by the fog, falls back on the material that generated it and is so reintroduced into the production cycle
  • Optimization of management costs: infinitesimal H2O supply, there is no need for dryers and filtration systems, there is no sludge formation
